Hi, I am a huge fan of Baraka and am headed to Cambodia for a documentary shoot for a humanitarian organization. I was hoping to purchase Dogora - Ouvrons les Yeux online, but an unable to find this French film in NTSC anywhere. The only sites that look like they might sell are sketchy looking.
Does anyone have any advice for me? I was thinking of purchasing the Region 4 DVD, ripping it and watching it on my laptop (if even possible). I'd rip it not for the sake of stealing it, but purchase it, rip it and watch it simply because I don't have PAL video equipment.
Any thoughts?

It doesn't look available in NTSC. You can easily find it in Siem Reap or Phnom Pehn, with no region lock. I have just visited Cambodia and saw it there.
