This is the view out of a "Pater Noster" Lift, probably in Germany or Austria. I seem to be able to read the Words "Anzeigen BZ" on the floor depicted on this particular image. I believe I also can make out the Letters "GmbH" (the german term for "Ltd.") on a subsequent floor. I guess it is the office building of some news paper or publisher.
